The building is approximately 14,000 square feet and our tenants enjoy free use of all common area amenities. These include two executive conference rooms, two kitchenettes, five executive restrooms, multiple break areas, mail room and a staffed reception area. We offer free onsite parking for our tenants and their guests and free technical support is also included.
